    Rudholm Group have developed a system using a share label combined with a QR code to unlock the identity of a specific product. This gives brands an opportunity to tell the unique story of where, how and by who a specific piece of clothing was made, using video, text and/or images.

    This is a new way to communicate and interact with your customer. It opens up a world of transparency, where brands can tell their story and share information. This allows consumers to make educated choices about the products they are buying.

    Interaction is possible with the ShareLabel system, customers can chat about the brand or leave reviews about products for others to read.

    Transparency is important as customers want detailed information about the materials, information about the suppliers – the manufacturing and the country of origin, what the product is made of, and wash and care instructions. Build trust, by sharing this information with customers.

    Stop Copies, Increase Traceability And Communication With Customers

    We were having trouble with the number of our garments that were getting copied. This was affecting our brands reputation, and in turn we were losing money. We were already using the Rudholm Group as our label supplier, so we were delighted when they shared with us the ShareLabel solution.

    Not only does this concept allow for traceability of our garments, it eliminates the risk for the customer buying copies. Copies can be identified since the QR is uniquely hashed and the intelligent system can detect if a garment has been reproduced. The ShareLabel can also be printed on 100% recycled C2C (Cradle to Cradle) labels which are Eco friendly. Through the ShareLabel customers can also find out how the product is being produced, materials used and their source, and wash and care instructions. With this concept we reduced the number of labels that we need to have on our garments. This all led to a decrease in costs for us, being more sustainable and most importantly being transparent with our customers. This was a good decision made by us.
